Frequently Asked Questions

What is your pricing policy?

For the most up-to-date rates, visit our booking portal "check availability". Rates will vary on weekends, during holidays, and special events.  We charge $40 per well-behaved child.

When is Check-in?

Check-in is usually between 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, but we can accommodate special requests, just ask. Guests getting spa services on day of arrival are always offered early check-ins.

Can I cancel my stay?

Of course, we just ask that you give us at least a 72 hour notice for all cancellations.

Can you Cancel reservations made through 3rd parties?

Nope, we can’t.  You can cancel through the site you booked through.

What time is check out?

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests getting spa services always are offered noon checkouts. Otherwise late checkouts are by request and incur a fee of $20 per hour.

I have a morning spa appointment, can I check out late?

Yes, we offer noon checkouts for anyone with a spa appointment on the morning of checkout.

Can I cancel my spa appointment?

Yes, please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged full amount for missed or spas cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled treatments.

I forgot something there, can you return it?

Yes, however, to cover our costs we charge $25, plus postage. Items not returned are donated to the La Conner Soroptimist Club Thrift Store. Proceeds of their sales go to assist women and girls in La Conner.

Can I bring a pet?

We are pet-friendly and allow small, miniature and toy breed dogs. We charge $50 per stay per pet. Don’t forget, you are still responsible for all damage caused by pets. Service animals (not support) are free. Pets must be on a leash at all times when not in the room. Pets are not allowed in dining room.

Can I grab a breakfast?

Take advantage of our breakfast buffet from 8:00 am - 9:30 am.

Can you accommodate my food allergies?

We can, we just ask that you let us know at booking or check-in of any special requests.

Is your Inn Smoke-Free?

In accordance with state law smoking is prohibited in all rooms, decks, balconies and within 25 feet of the building. A minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to anyone who smokes in these areas.

Can I have a candle in my room?

No, open flames of any kind are not allowed in the rooms. Plus cleaning wax off of surfaces will cause an extra cleaning fee to be charge and may damage the surface.
